How long does it take to receive my watch?
Each PR6J5CT watch is built to order. Current estimated delivery time is approximately 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
Why does it take about 3 weeks?
Each watch goes through assembly, dial finishing, quality check, packing, and shipment. Because the watches are built individually, timing may vary slightly.
Can the timeline change?
Yes. Delivery timing may vary due to production needs, parts availability, holidays, carrier delays, or other issues outside our control.
Tracking
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
What if my tracking has not updated?
Tracking can take time to update after the label is created. If it has been several business days with no movement, contact us and we can review the order status.
Built-to-Order Policy
Can watches be returned?
No. Because each PR6J5CT watch is built to order and individually finished, watches cannot be returned for change of mind, sizing preference, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
What if my watch arrives damaged?
If your watch arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
