Do PR6J5CT watches need regular service?

Yes. Mechanical watches may need routine service over time depending on use, wear, and performance. If the watch starts running unusually, contact us so we can review the next step.

How long do repairs take?

Repair timelines vary based on the issue, parts availability, and shipping time. We will review each case individually and provide guidance before any repair work begins.

Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

PR6J5CT covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This includes issues caused by assembly or component defects under normal use.

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, water damage, misuse, strap wear, cosmetic aging, or work performed by another repair shop.

Do I need proof of purchase?

Yes. Please include your order number or valid purchase confirmation when contacting us about warranty service.

Returns

Can I return my watch?

No. PR6J5CT watches are built to order and individually finished, so watches cannot be returned for change of mind, sizing preference, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Where do I send a return or repair?

Do not ship anything back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions by email after reviewing the request.

Who pays return shipping?
